Francesco Serafini Architect Inc. is an architecture firm providing complete architectural services and project management expertise.

In 2010 the firm was created by Frank Serafini as a boutique architectural practice. Our firm quickly gained a reputation for being able to deliver a variety of complex projects including retrofitting existing spaces and heritage buildings. We continue to offer personal attention to our clients and now have a firm of several dedicated and talented employees as well as consultants. Operating from a facility that is shared by several firms allows us to offer a wide range of services in the field of architecture. As the principal of the firm, Francesco Serafini has over 35 years of experience in the field of architecture and development in Ontario, as well as over ten years of international experience.

Our firm approach to architecture is inclusive. Design is not simply seen as buildings in space but in the built environment as a whole. We have a deep-rooted understanding of design as well as delivery systems used in construction. We offer a full range of architectural services including expertise with heritage architecture and project management services. Our approach to the field of the built environment is one that embodies the objectives of developing sustainable design, not because it is mandated or desired by clients but because it represents the very antithesis of responsible architecture and by extension the footprints the human race leaves on this earth.

We take on many retrofit projects where saving existing built form, reusing and/or readapting is key. We design responsibly and specifications we develop are intended to be environmentally neutral. We welcome heritage work, understanding that preservation of our architectural past is undervalued.
