Frank is the Principal and founder of the firm. Established in 2010 as Francesco Serafini Architect – Frank has over 39 years of experience in the field of architecture. Knowledge and experience includes commercial, retail, residential, assembly, institutional and heritage projects. Having acquired a Bachelor of Technology in Architectural Science from Ryerson University followed by a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Lawrence University in Michigan has provided Frank with the flexibility of international knowledge. The firm has earned a reputation for innovative and functional design solutions. Frank has developed a project-management based approach to architectural project delivery, affording clients significant benefits.
Amy Chan
Project Manager

Amy has over 25 years of experience in managing and overseeing a diverse range of development projects from early project feasibility all the way to commissioning. She has extensive experience managing all types of asset classes and has completed over 100 commercial sites, 1 multifamily site and various large scale mixed-use master servicing and subdivision applications. She also is well versed in sustainability as she was responsible for leading the project team to achieve CaGBC Green Building Certification for a commercial property in Coventry, Alberta - the first commercial building to receive Certification in Canada.
Giovanna Mendes
Architectural Designer

Giovanna holds an Honours Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture with High Distinction. Her passion for design and attention to detail allow her to integrate strong technical expertise with creative design solutions. She has developed a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from commercial and retail spaces to residential developments.
Konstantin Manukyan
Intern Architect
B. A. S., M. Arch.
Konstantin is a graduate from the McEwen School of Architecture with a passion for local architectural history. He wrote his Masters thesis defense on the role of history in placemaking and architecture as activism. Initially brought on as an architectural co-op student in the spring of 2022, Konstantin has since worked on dozens of projects at multiple stages of development, including the preparation of construction drawings, permit applications, and direct correspondence with the client.
