Orchard Point Condominium

This project was Phase 2 of a multi-unit condominium development. Our role was to advise our client and review project specifics from Contract documentation to occupation, including approvals from authorities as well as project scheduling and budget review. This project was delivered utilizing construction management contract type. Our expertise with construction delivery contract types allowed us to provide effective project support and provide our client with valuable project controls.

Downsview Airport Code Compliance

This project consisted of a general review of the airplane hangar’s compliance with the OBC and local By-Laws for its future use as an event venue. The challenge came from the subdivision of the space between multiple tenants during the review process and ensuring all tenants were sufficiently insolated from each other.
