Islington House

This 2 storey custom designed home set on an existing corner lot with a small house on it. This custom designed home featured four bedrooms, an open to above foyer, double garage, expansive deck, open concept kitchen and breakfast nook. Set on a corner lot, this house was designed to take advantage of what corner lots have to offer. Three facades were detailed with particular attention to arrangement of the double garage set to be entered from the side of the lot.

Donnybrook House

This 2 storey custom designed home set on an existing unique large lot with a very small house on it. This custom designed home featured four bedrooms, an open to above foyer, heated garage, second floor terrace, expansive deck, open concept kitchen/breakfast nook/family room. Set in the heart of a well-established country like neighbourhood, this traditionally designed house was inspired by mid-century country manors.
