Self-Storage Facility

This project was a self-storage facility that represents a new way of creating facilities for storage in areas where land value dictates densities increase while ensuring that the building itself meet more stringent design guidelines imposed by municipalities. A balance as to be struck between budget restraints, building facade design and municipal demands for material quality. The multi-storey nature of these facilities also require a different approach to circulation to and from all levels.
